About Renée Marzano

Renée Marzano spent two decades in IT Healthcare Consulting before fully immersing herself in the study of Ayurveda, with which she had been dabbling, along with yoga, throughout her professional life, seeking balance. Life experiences veiled her true nature, and there was a yearning to go deeper into self-study.  She became a full time Ayurveda student of Dr. Vasant Lad and has been living in New Mexico ever since. As an Ayurveda Practitioner, her goal is to weave life experiences with the tenets of Ayurveda and yoga into practical, holistic approaches to promote health and longevity. While our relationship to food & lifestyle are important factors in overall health, the most important relationship is the one we have with ourself. Renée believes individually we are courageous but through community we thrive. She is dedicated to building a practice exemplifying that belief. One where compassion and truth can coexist, where we can be vulnerable and powerful, and through which we heal ourselves.

Inspire Your Journey

We heal by loving ourselves, all of who we are, the lightness as well as the darkness.  Ignoring, denying or pushing away the parts we don’t like only strengthens their power over us.  My intention is to hold the space needed for that acknowledgement and acceptance to happen, to let that process unravel and to support individuals as this self-transformation occurs.  I love to work with individuals of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles who are ready for change.   To help someone see their inner beauty and evoke their sense of true dharma, is the greatest gift.

What People Are Saying

“It has been such an amazing experience, truly.

Thank you, Renee!!! I admire and appreciate your abundant and grounded healing energy, and your insightful approach to treatment.  Can’t wait to start sending people to get PK (Ayurveda cleansing) with Bija!.”

“Highly recommended.

I suffered an injury in early May, 2020. After several months of traditional Western treatments and therapies - including PT and an epidural in my neck - that provided little relief, at the recommendation of a friend I consulted with Bija Ayurveda. Being in different parts of the country, my consultations with my practitioner were via Zoom. Through prescribed exercises, guided meditation and Ayurvedic herbal formulations, I was gradually restored to full health. It didn't happen overnight but the holistic approach of Ayurveda provided relief where other conventional therapies failed.”
